Camala Boyce, Ph.D.

Camala has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Iowa and Master’s and Doctorate degrees in Organizational Psychology from the University of Akron, USA. She worked in a small consulting firm and for Goodyear before moving to California to take up a senior position with Aon Consulting, an international HR consulting firm. Camala has served as a faculty member with the Marshall Goldsmith School of Management at Alliant International University but spends most of her time in her consulting work where she now has 15 years experience. She facilitates strategic initiatives for organisational, team, and leadership development. Her primary areas of focus include team development and facilitation, leadership coaching, talent management systems, change management and culture transformation.
