Our Consultants:

Nathan Hipp M.S.

Nathan has engaged in a variety of organizational development efforts and projects. He has facilitated executive coaching at the manager and director levels in private and public organizations. He has developed and facilitated employee and management training programs that have highlighted topics such as accountability and professionalism, situational leadership, and negotiation techniques. He is trained in executive assessment and is part of a team of experienced consultants who have developed and implemented an executive level assessment center. He has played an integral role in the start-up of an effective student-based consulting firm at the Marshall Goldsmith School of Management.

Nathan received his degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin and received his Masters in Consulting Psychology from Alliant International University. He is currently working toward his PhD at the Marshall Goldsmith School of Management.
